How Does IIP Work?

An Individual Intensive Program (IIP) is a highly personalized, one-on-one treatment option designed for individuals facing complex mental health challenges that require a more focused and customized approach than traditional therapy settings. This type of program is ideal for clients who may need intensive support and intervention, but who also seek privacy and personalized care.

01.

Personalized Assessment

The program begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand the depth and nature of the individual's mental health challenges. This assessment forms the basis for a highly customized treatment plan.

02.

One-on-One Therapy

The core of IIP is the one-on-one therapy sessions with highly skilled therapists. These sessions are frequent and intensive, allowing for deep, focused work on the individual’s specific issues without the distractions of a group setting.

03.

Multidisciplinary Approach

Although primarily one-on-one, the program integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities based on the individual's needs, which may include medication management, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and other specialized therapies relevant to the person's condition.

04.

Flexibility and Intensity

The structure of an IIP is both flexible and intensive, designed to adapt to the individual’s progress and changing needs. Sessions can be scheduled more frequently than in standard outpatient care, and the duration of treatment can be adjusted according to the individual’s response to therapy.

05.

Holistic Care

IIP also focuses on holistic care, which includes addressing lifestyle and environmental factors that impact mental health, such as diet, physical activity, and mindfulness practices.
