All psychotherapy services are considered out-of-network (fee-for-service) and our prescribers in Cincinnati are currently in-network with Anthem, United Health, Aetna, and Humana.  For Indianapolis, all services are out-of-network. For those with a financial need, we do have several cost management supports available
