Amy Rene Brant has dedicated her career to ensuring that every individual she works with feels seen, heard, and supported. She began her professional journey in education as a K–12 teacher for students with special needs and later transitioned into school counseling, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting children, adolescents, and families through academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

As her family grew, Amy became increasingly interested in the dynamics of the family system and how relationships influence individual well-being. This led her to pursue advanced training in Marriage and Family Therapy, where she has served her community since 2011, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges.

Amy has experience working with a wide range of populations across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and EMDR. She also works within Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and one-on-one intensive formats to provide structured, results-oriented care.

Her clinical approach is individualized and systems-oriented. She works with clients to explore past experiences, attachment styles, and learned coping patterns while equipping them with practical tools to manage present-day challenges. She integrates mental, emotional, and spiritual components of care, helping clients build awareness of their strengths and develop sustainable strategies for long-term growth.

Amy is deeply aligned with the mission of The Anxiety Center and is committed to expanding access to effective, evidence-based treatment. She is passionate about helping individuals move forward in their lives and believes that meaningful change is possible for every person.

My Passion

"For as long as Amy can remember, she has felt called to listen, support, and offer hope to those who are struggling. Her work is rooted in a desire to ensure that no one feels overlooked or alone in their challenges.

She is especially passionate about helping individuals and families understand that they do not have to remain stuck. Through encouragement, skill-building, and a focus on each person’s unique strengths and gifts, she works to empower clients to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Outside of the therapy room, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, contributing to her family’s ministry (Jireh Music), reading and studying the Bible, working with animals, and exploring new recipes and home design projects."
