My Passion

“Having grown up in rural Western Kentucky, I understand both the weight of mental health stigma, and the importance of having a compassionate and knowledgeable team on your side. At times in my life, anxiety controlled me, dictating what I was willing to try and where I was willing to go. Through my studies and clinical experience, however, I have come to whole-heartedly believe that with work and support, we can all change our relationship with anxiety.  I am a strong believer in the mission of The Anxiety Center, and in accordance with that mission, it’s my goal to deliver services that are evidence-based, accessible, and effective, so that you can feel empowered to move toward the things you value most.”
