Bree Herron
MA – University of Indianapolis
Bree Herron leads The Anxiety Center with a profound passion for helping others that has guided both his academic and professional journey. He believes in leading by example, consistently striving to do the right thing, even in challenging circumstances, while fostering environments where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential. These principles form the cornerstone of his leadership philosophy.
Before joining The Anxiety Center, Bree served as the Director of Behavioral Support. In that role, he oversaw a team of clinicians providing comprehensive care across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, he also maintained an active caseload, conducting diagnostic evaluations and creating tailored treatment plans for complex behavioral needs. This combination of administrative oversight and direct client work gave him a deep, nuanced understanding of behavioral health, which he now brings to his role as Clinic Director.
Outside of work, Bree’s life is enriched by time spent with his family, his faith, and service at his church, where he helps remove unnecessary roadblocks to Jesus. He also enjoys traveling to explore new cultures, maintaining his fitness routine, and indulging his love of history through auctions and antiquing.
My passion
"I am deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality care, supporting clinicians so they can focus on patients, and building sustainable systems that allow us to serve more families. Leadership, to me, means cultivating trust, breaking down barriers, and ensuring that every effort aligns with our shared mission. By empowering others and communicating vision clearly, I strive to create a culture where innovation thrives and people can contribute at their very best."
