Frida Ruiz is dedicated to ensuring that patients at The Anxiety Center have access to the treatments and support they need. Her journey in mental health care stems from a strong commitment to helping others and building systems that make care more accessible and effective. In her role, she oversees Spravato services and manages medical authorizations, helping both patients and clinicians navigate processes smoothly and efficiently.
Frida was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and her unique personal background has shaped her perspective and resilience. She brings both warmth and determination to her work, ensuring that patients feel supported and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of work, Frida enjoys spending time with her cats, friends, and family. She loves outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking, as well as relaxing with reading, video games, and shopping.
