Lexi Day

BA – University of Cincinnati

Lexi Day’s journey into mental health care began through a friend who encouraged her to pursue an open position in the field. Although she had always been interested in mental health, this opportunity gave her the chance to turn that passion into a career. Today, she plays a vital role at The Anxiety Center as a TMS and Medical Authorization Specialist, supporting both patients and clinicians in receiving the care they need.

Lexi also brings unique experiences from her background, including her time coaching recreational volleyball. This experience shaped her leadership and teamwork skills, which now carry into her professional role.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys creative outlets like drawing and painting, as well as staying active through hiking. She also treasures time spent with her dogs, who bring her joy and balance.

My passion

"I am passionate about expanding access to high-quality care, supporting clinicians so they can focus on patients, and building sustainable systems that allow us to serve more families. My approach is team-focused, collaborative, strategic, and mission-driven, always striving to create an environment where patients feel supported and clinicians can thrive."
