A Message from Dr. Fite

Why I created TAC University

Hi guys, Dr. Fite here.

If you're still reading, it's because TAC University is for people just like you.

When you're dealing with mental health challenges or caring for someone with mental health challenges, I know how confusing and exhausting it can feel.

You're doing your best, but it’s hard to know if what you're doing is actually helping.

I’ve spent the last 15 years helping families through these same questions in clinics, schools, and homes.

And I’ve been through it myself.

I was diagnosed with OCD and depression during my own training, and that experience changed the way I care for others today.

I’ve trained at some of the top anxiety centers in the country, but more importantly, I understand how it feels to sit on the other side overwhelmed, unsure, and just wanting someone to walk with you through it.

That’s why I built this space.

I wanted you to have a place where you can ask honest questions, learn practical tools, and feel supported by people who truly get it.

It’s completely free, and we host new sessions every month.

You can show up, ask questions, or just listen in.

whatever feels right for you.

Spots fill up quickly since these are free sessions.

so I recommend signing up now while registration is still open.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’ll be here to walk with you, every step of the way.
