Our IOP program is a specialized, comprehensive treatment designed for people who are really struggling with things like obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), complex anxiety, depression, self-harm, and trauma symptoms to the point where it's disrupting their daily life. We get that you might have tried other approaches, and our program is set up to be a more intensive approach to help you get back on track.

We know you have a life, so our programs are designed to be flexible. You can schedule your IOP around your daily routine. The intensity ranges from 9 to 15 hours per week, depending on what you need, and we offer various times throughout the day.

Right now, we have programs for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (18+). We will be offering a program for children (ages 9-12) soon!

We're all about evidence-based practices here. That means we use therapies that have been proven to work. You'll be getting a lot of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is super effective for OCD. We also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches are designed to help you handle distress and live a life that's meaningful to you, even with challenges. We also provide Medication Management, Ketamine/Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

We accept most insurance providers and Medicare/Medicaid. Speak with our care team to determine eligibility.
