If you've been struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, or something that feels like a mix of all three, you've probably spent some time wondering where to start.
The mental health system can feel overwhelming, and finding a provider that actually specializes in what you're dealing with isn't always easy.
The Anxiety Center was built to change that.
This article explains what we do, who we serve, and how our approach to care works, so you can decide whether we might be the right fit for you or someone you love.
What Does The Anxiety Center Treat?
The Anxiety Center specializes in complex anxiety, OCD, and depression.
These are conditions that often go undertreated, misdiagnosed, or addressed with general approaches that don't go deep enough.
We also work with many individuals who experience anxiety or depression connected to other concerns, including trauma, bipolar disorder, BPD, and schizophrenia.
In other words, if your mental health picture feels complicated or layered, that's exactly the kind of situation our team is equipped to support.
We treat adults and children ages 10 and up.
Whether you're a parent seeking help for your child, an adult who has been managing symptoms for years, or someone who just realized something isn't right, there may be a path forward here.
What Makes The Anxiety Center's Approach Different?
A lot of mental health providers offer one service, usually therapy, and refer out for everything else.
That model can create gaps in care, inconsistent communication between providers, and a fragmented experience for the patient.
At The Anxiety Center, we use what we call the Integrated NeuroHealth model.
This approach combines specialized therapy, psychiatry, and advanced treatments all in one place.
That means your care team can coordinate directly rather than working in silos.
It also means that if your needs change over time, the level of support can shift with you, without having to start over somewhere new.
If you already have a therapist or psychiatrist you want to keep working with, our team can coordinate care with them as well.
The goal is never to replace what's working.
The goal is to fill in the gaps and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Who Is The Anxiety Center For?
The simplest answer is: if symptoms are getting in the way of your daily life, it's worth reaching out.
That might look like difficulty getting through the school day.
It might look like avoiding things you used to enjoy.
It might look like a relationship that feels strained because of how anxiety or depression is showing up.
It might also look less obvious, like a constant low-level dread, physical symptoms you can't explain, or thoughts that feel stuck on repeat.
We serve a wide range of individuals and families, including adults navigating work and relationship stress, teens and young adults struggling with school or social situations, parents looking for answers for a child, and individuals who have tried other approaches without seeing results.
You don't need to be in crisis to reach out.
If something is getting in the way of the life you want to be living, that's reason enough.
What Does Care Actually Look Like at The Anxiety Center?
Depending on your needs, a treatment plan at The Anxiety Center may include one or more of the following.
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) may be a good fit for individuals whose symptoms are significantly interfering with daily life and who need more structure than weekly therapy alone.
Medication management provides psychiatric evaluation and ongoing support for individuals who may benefit from medication as part of their care plan.
Advanced treatments such as TMS therapy, IV ketamine, and Spravato may be options for individuals who have not responded fully to therapy or medication alone.
Not everyone needs all of these services.
Some people come to The Anxiety Center for one specific type of support.
Others need a more layered plan.
An intake evaluation helps determine what level of care makes the most sense given your symptoms, goals, and current situation.
How Do You Get Started With The Anxiety Center?

We accept most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and Tri-Care.
We offer in-person and virtual care at our Cincinnati, Dayton, and Indianapolis locations.
