Marlenny Barrett

Marlenny Barrett has always had a deep passion for caring for others. Knowing how profoundly mental illness can impact people’s lives, she is dedicated to finding ways to support those in need. This passion led her to her current role as Clinic Director at The Anxiety Center, where she combines compassion and leadership to ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for.
In her role, Marlenny engages closely with patients to make sure their needs are met and that they receive the highest standard of care. Over the past three years, she has provided TMS therapy and assisted with Spravato treatments, while also helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly and fosters an environment where patients feel supported.
Marlenny’s journey is one of resilience and determination. She came to the United States on her own, without family and without fluency in English, and through perseverance built both her life and her career. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting projects, especially working with wood and flowers. These creative pursuits bring her joy and balance outside of her professional life.
