Robin Mineer serves as the Chief Operations Officer at The Anxiety Center.
Her journey into mental health leadership was shaped by deeply personal experiences with family relationships and by witnessing the powerful, life-changing impact that quality care can provide. These experiences formed the foundation of her commitment to advancing patient outcomes and strengthening mental health systems.
Robin was drawn to The Anxiety Center after connecting with Dr. Nathan Fite, whose passion for others, dedication to building strong clinical teams, and long-term vision closely aligned with her own professional values and philosophy of care. In her role as COO, Robin leads organizational operations with a focus on excellence in care delivery, sustainable growth, and continuous improvement in patient quality of life.
Her work centers on building resilient systems, empowering clinical teams, and ensuring that every operational decision supports both patient well-being and organizational integrity.
Outside of work, Robin’s life is grounded in balance and personal wellness. She enjoys traveling, staying active through fitness, and spending meaningful time with her family — pursuits that continually reinforce her commitment to both leadership and self-care.
My Passion
"My goal is to continuously improve the quality of life for those we serve by creating systems of care where compassion, integrity, and excellence guide every decision. I am driven to build environments where patients feel supported, clinicians feel empowered, and organizations are positioned to grow with purpose and stability."
