Steven Schneider

Dr. Schneider is a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Board of Psychiatry/Neurology and serves as the supervising psychiatrist of our TAC facilities in in Montgomery, Ohio and Fishers, Indiana. He is passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate, and comprehensive psychiatric treatments to all clients suffering from symptoms of anxiety, depression, and OCD. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Schneider brings an 30 years of experience in advanced psychopharmacology and interventional psychiatry. He has also worked in the full scope of settings including managing inpatient, partial-hospitalization, and outpatient programming. In addition to his work at TAC, Dr. Schneider currently serves the role of Chief Medical Officer for the Assurance Health System across Ohio, Kansas, and Indiana. Dr Schneider is best known for his holistic approach to care and for his belief that the secret of caring for the patient lies in "caring for the patient." Whenever needed or requested, Dr. Schneider is eager to serve as an additional consultant for our clinical team and patients.
