He writes a newsletter read by more than 15,000 people and is the author of an upcoming book publishing with Baker/Revell in Fall 2026.

My Passion

I accidentally minored in psychology in college and never stopped being curious about how people work. My family has faced real mental health challenges, and I know firsthand how much it matters whether families can find the right help.
