Michael Siman is an M.S.W. student at Miami University and an intern at The Anxiety Center. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After spending two years in therapy for OCD and experiencing recovery firsthand, Michael realized he wanted to pursue a career in mental health to help others overcome similar struggles.
He has a strong passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, and depression, and he is dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. Michael integrates his education, clinical training, and lived experience to create a safe, understanding environment for clients. His goal is to gain advanced expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and to use evidence-based approaches that help clients achieve meaningful, lasting change.
