Our Approach
At The Anxiety Center, we employ a comprehensive and holistic approach to treating trauma disorders, integrating both psychiatric and psychological interventions to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our evidence-based treatments include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, all known for their efficacy in reducing trauma symptoms. We also offer pharmacological treatments such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and other tailored medications. For those requiring more intensive care, we provide specialized services like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatments, which are effective for severe and persistent symptoms. Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) offer structured support for patients needing more than weekly therapy sessions. Committed to a holistic approach, we address the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of trauma with personalized care plans, regular progress monitoring, and mindfulness techniques. Our dedicated team is focused on ensuring the best possible outcomes, helping patients regain control and improve their quality of life.
