Brian Andrew Siriwardena serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at The Anxiety Center. His journey into mental health began with witnessing how anxiety and related disorders quietly disrupt a person’s work, relationships, and sense of identity. These experiences motivated him to help create spaces where individuals receive excellent, evidence-based care while also feeling valued and supported as whole persons.
Brian was drawn to The Anxiety Center because its mission aligns with his own commitment to integrity, clarity, and compassion in care. With a background in business development and systems design, he saw an opportunity to help scale The Anxiety Center in a way that strengthens patient experience, supports clinicians, and promotes long-term organizational health. His work focuses on building sustainable pathways for growth, strengthening partnerships, and advancing innovative solutions that allow the practice to thrive.
Outside of work, Brian’s life is grounded in family, faith, and purpose. He loves spending time with his wife and children, and he finds meaning in helping them experience a full and intentional life. He enjoys cooking, being social, and diving into podcasts, books, and documentaries that keep him learning and growing. These interests fuel his passion for helping others thrive.
My Passion
"My goal is to create a network of like minded practices and organizations where people can learn to thrive again. Family, mission, and legacy drive every part of my work. I strive to build environments where people feel supported, grow in confidence, and regain hope for the future."
