My Passion

"I was first diagnosed with severe OCD and depression during my graduate training. It was my own challenges accessing high-quality treatment that drove me to seek specialized training in anxiety and OC spectrum disorders and ultimately informed the patient-centered treatment model used at The Anxiety Center. I was born in Peru, grew up in Paraguay, and studied Culinary Arts in Italy. I have been fortunate to travel extensively throughout South America and Europe and am fluent in Spanish. In my spare time, you will find me playing with my kids Theo, Zoe, and Mia; seeking new culinary experiences; working the children’s check-in at church; or traveling to new destinations."
